Caution is advisable. I want to take out Saddam, but I do not think it is wrong to make sure that he has a chance to allow inspections, or to take some time to supply the internal opposition. As for Arafat, the problem is that he is the only Palestinian leader with enough prestige to possibly keep various factions in line, so we have an interest in waiting to see if he has outlived his usefulness.

I have had occasional bad experiences with mechanics, but mostly, I have been treated fairly. The trick is to find which garages are more reputable.

The quote is not quite right, but I understand the frustration.......
