I was reminded of when I signed up for @home originally, under a similar offer of "first 3 months are free", and it subsequently took them 3 months after installation to get it working so I effectively got no months free. Perhaps the "2 months free" offer contains a similar forecast...?

Now I'm assuming you had T technicians setup your @home. My experience was with Comcast. Two techs came and while one ran a new cable line thru my basement to my computer the other plugged in the modem and loaded the software. Two months free and it took them exactly 25 minutes and HIGH SPEED is fantastic.
