Probably not, the cigarette would burst into flames and be consumed immediately and anything that the flames from the cigarette ignited. So in a building the chance of a fire would be a real possibility, but in a cave it may only cause a flare of the cigarette and severe burns to individual but the rest of the folks in the cave may feel exhilarated from breathing pure O2. You may recall we were using pure O2 in our space capules until the Apollo 1 disaster.....
