Treason... or just hand him over to the Northern Alliance as we do all the other Taliban fighters... this guy would easily have pulled the trigger against any one of our soldiers if he had half the chance, and probably did... he gave up his right as a U.S. citizen by his swearing his vows to the Taliban... he even went through Bin Laden's terrorist training camp, what more does one need? Who cares why he went there, I don't care why... Treason... he needs to be tried, then shot; or just skip the trial..... GZ
