The U.S. of course. I feel as though this is at a cross roads. The British, French, and Germans do not have the cahones to do what Bush stated when we began, and that is to follow the terrorists and take out the organizations in order to secure world peace. That's why the list was presented by Colin Powell, and when asked if anyone was left off, he indicated we would go after any country that aided and helped organizations that want to create weapons of mass destruction and cause terror in peaceful societies.
This is what I heard, and I am all in favor of getting the job done and doing it now.
