Walker was involved with the enemy, during an armed attack against American personnel, resulting in the death of a US agent. That's got to be covered someplace in our laws. Walker is lucky. He is still alive. There are thousands STILL buried under the rubble at ground zero. Let's do like they did in the old western movies. Find a Taliban cave, give Walker a plastic gun, gag him so he can't speak, and play "The Yanks are coming" loudly, as we push him into the entrance to the cave.
