Just a quick note, I'm behind on my work.

You failed to answer my question, where is justice in the Islamic scheme of God's dealing with men?

God is not bound by anything but His own character. There is no Law above God that He must adhere to, but neither can He deny Himself.

It appears that you do not understand Law very well. Human judges do not have the right to set aside the law they are granted certain leeway in it's application, but they are there to enforce the penalties provided in the laws before them, not put them aside because they are having a good day, or going beyond them because they are not.

"If I am found unworthy because I don't consider Jesus to be God, so be it."

Your unworthiness comes from your own sinfulness and for that you will receive justice, I prefer Grace.
