There's a post on it upthread here, that was the first i heard of it too, out of touch lately .... i was on the phone to a friend in M around 18-20 Sept, we talked a bit on reaction to proposals of Fox and Castañeda to declare full support and thusly try to obtain input as to what precisely we'd be supporting -g- .... i live north of the 49th, and that was the reaction here to the 'you're with us or agin us', there was no blank cheque written in saying 'we're with ya', that's understood implicitly, we support measures we view as reasonable, and no others ... not so to the average mexicano in the street, he is as determined a neutral as a swiss, and does not trust easily, especially the US Speaking of the swiss, on the radio yesterday there was a report that they had had a vote on whether or not to maintain their army as is, it was decided in favour of keeping it .... cheers [edit] - Message 16738500
