23:10 Dec-04-01, 19 Kislev 5762 Arab Militias Display Arms Despite PA Promises (IsraelNationalNews.com) Several masked men armed with automatic weapons were seen marching today in the two funeral processions held in Shechem and Gaza, under the full jurisdiction of the Palestinian Authority. The marchers were not prevented from carrying the weapons nor were they arrested, as of yet, despite supposedly explicit orders from PLO head Yasser Arafat that no one but PA policemen and security servicemen may carry such weapons in public.
