Nah. Even with rules and examples I think the actual evaluation of anti-trust issues is something that will be different in each and every instance. In my own business, I believe the rules have reached the point where they are self-perpetuating and there is often little role for the achievement of an actual product. I thought engineers worked with numbers and things get built. <g>
