Seriously, I doubt if they could use any sort of gas to flush them out. How would they bring a big enough tanker up there? What they could do though is to heli a generator up to the top of the mountain and funnel the exhaust into the air ducts. I would imagine it would produce enough carbon monoxide over time to finish the job. But then there's always the Geneva Conventions that someone might bring up.
