Here in Finland we are somewhat perplexed by how the swedes manage to lose
electricity,etc for long times every winter with a lot of snow. We are used to
always having one or two mostly redundant lines, but not redundant when needed.
(maybe because we are more to the north, maybe because more to the east, or
just being smarter??)

Btw, the same applies to GSM netwroks, interesting how much one can improve
the tolerance to faults if one just thinks about it.

Not like WinCrash which in its latest consumer version just crashes because
it doesn't do anything, must be that Real Time Clock??
