Um. Well. So who are these "many companies"? What are the telltale signs in the SEC filings that identify this stuff?

Arthur Andersen's reply seems to be a pathetic attempt to avoid litigation. Too bad they won't get away with it...

Their hands are very dirty- either through direct knowledge or incompetence. Either way, they're in the big middle of this one...
