I was interested to read your posts about this company. Perhaps the recent decline in price is due to the dramatic drop in Q-Zar's share price since McCarthy sold their shares at $6.40. Do you know whether Q-Zar management will in fact be able to come up with the cash to complete the transaction which likely represents McCarthy's profit on the overall transaction? Given the recent decline in price in Q-Zar, McCarthy's disposal was either incredibly lucky or a real stroke of genius!! Regards, Skipper
