A few matters to take up:

1. I never did get a straight answer from you as to whether you actually called Edmond Katonica at his home and threatened him.

2. Jane has stated publicly more than once that you--who try to represent yourself as a proud family man in his fifties--tried to arrange a date with her while you were traveling. Did you do this?

3. Finally, you have posted all manner of lies, calumnies, ugly innuendos, taunts, and insults to numerous people on SI. That is a fact. Would you agree?

4. Is your real first name Ken?

The implications of these things are:

1. Communicating a threat is a crime, and over interstate telephone lines it is a federal crime.

2. Some people would use the word "immoral" to describe the attempt of a married man to try to date a much younger woman. I would just call it stupid, at least in your case.

3. It is neither criminal nor immoral to be insane.

4. If your name is Ken, Ken, maybe you should stop doing these things. You have some useful insights to contribute about investing, and you should stick to that.
