I just talked my mother (73 years old) through her conversion. They have more loose ends than you might think. My changeover was fairly seamless but I'm a technonerd and don't mind this kind of thing. My mother was left in an Internet Altered State of some kind.

But using the joys of winipcfg I managed to get her up and running again.
