I think SNPS saw a bargain. I don't think SNPS needed the AVANT balance sheet.
We used to have a former Alumi on this thread who was very high on SNPS, although I'm concerned it was Commerce one (CMRC)who destroyed him. SNPS has held up better than ARIBA.:)
