That will be the catalyst imo. Earnings woes are being thrown out the window for now. How can companies like QCOM continue to rise when they expect lower revenues and lower profit in the 4th?? I don't think your seeing a ton of retail investing here, I think it's all institutional money bidding things higher waiting for retail $$$ to jump in and hold the bag.

When institutions are paying more money for rent on borrowing shares to short than their making in money markets, there's no other choice for them but to go long. There pushing things to the extreme for the short-term though.
