Obviously, kicking respected IT journo Mike Magee [Eh? - Ed] during an Intel press bash is good for the career. Senior Intel veep Pat Gelsinger was yesterday rewarded for his unprovoked attack by being promoted to chief technology officer of the chip behemoth.
