Re NAPM services...

A very large part of that index is dependant on the financial services industry. To the extent that the revocation of the 30 year bond (on 10/31) and the zero interest loan programs spurred huge increases (albeit unsustainable) in borrowing, the gains in NAPM services should be a one time event. Just MHO....
