I'll have to stop by on the way over to the course and check around. As for your mileage, well, you live in Texas. You want a cheeseburger then first you have to butcher a cow and bring it back in the truck. I'm 12 miles out of Manhattan, you are 12 miles until you get to the end of the next farmer's field. Driving to Dallas for you is like driving to Scranton for me. I'll put on more miles this year because I'm looking at buying a place "down the shore". Already joined a course there....I hate the beach. The place is for my wife. That will bring me up another 1500 miles a year probably. But recall also I do not need to travel anywhere. The garage is between the course and here, the course is less than three miles away. I do not go anywhere else, so a normal week might be 100 miles tops. Exploders have a rollover tendency? Sh*t, cannot have that. Narrow wheelbase, I guess. Thinking about where the CoG probably is, I would guess it would have to be a severely poorly banked turn at speed to do it but okay. Wide tires. Who knows, she might not get caught up in such a situation but Killer could if he was in it. You are right, I'll probably get one of the damn IT things. I buy all sorts of stuff I don't need. As far as the representation of GM, well, maybe it just has not carried forward to you yet. They have been cleaning out the GM shops around here for years. The other thing that is hard to find around here is a used standard tranny. I've been after Junior for almost a year to trade in my old BMW for a used one but finding a used stick-shift is difficult. BMW or US. One with any sort of power, anyway. Killer's Mustang is, but that was just luck. Anyway, thanks for the suggestions. I'm going to stop by the dealer in a bit and look around. ---------------------------------------------- Oh, in keeping with the concept of this thread I think VGR is a short. Not certain where as yet, but I think it is.
