Call it "communicate" if you don't like "define".

First off, the decimal number system is completely arbitrary and has no a priori connection to anything. Humans have chosen this base for convenience probably because early humans noticed we have ten fingers, though the Babylonians and Mayans among other cultures used other bases (12, 20, and 60) for various purposes. The most "natural" numbering system would be binary because it is the simplest, consisting of only the digits 0 and 1. If any number system were going to have divine implications I'd expect it to be binary, but I'm not aware of any binary numerological philosophies.

But now let's walk up the ladder of the infinite Prime Number system which is the creation of the Divine who is our Father in Heaven who's conjunction with this world had ONE (1) physical/material manifestation - not TWO (2) or more - in the name of the Lord God in Heaven Jesus Christ.

Yes, there are an infinite number of primes. How you get from that observation to the rest of the statement is where the communication gap lies.
