Larry,

I think his implication is that Zeev is front running on his short term raids.. Not necessarily my opinion as my arse is full of lap dog bites already.

There is a delay between Zeev's trade and his/her post, and a further delay caused by the SI and the time span between message scans by the reader. On an intraday basis, if Zeev's temporary bottom picking is really good, the stock should take off before the reader can read the post and buy. By the time the reader buys, Zeev is ready to "take first blood." If Zeev's timing is no good, i.e. the reader seems to be able to get better price than Zeev after all the delay in this system, Zeev is ready to cut losses. In either case, the followers provide the buying that Zeev needs to get out with profit or cut loss.
