hj, the economy is cracking. we are in a negative spiral (just like the bubble was a positive spiral). when will folks figure out the light they see at the end of a tunnel is a heavily loaded freight train? rigged gdp is dropping. profits are collapsing... layoffs will eventually crush spending. the refi game can't last forever... to be replaced by evictions and a glut of homes with dropping values on the market... now you know why i b* about the bubble b/c this was the OBVIOUS result. i guess i s/b happy work loaded my butt with 2-3 jobs worth of work... i'm trying to smile... really ;-)
