Maybe the question to be asked is:

"How many here are able to buy near Zeev's numbers?"

Or in other words:
"how many here are able to follow Zeev's system?"

I think you are missing the benefit of "following" a good trader like Zeev. The idea, IMO, is not to blindly follow into like for like trades, but to note the methodology. For example, Zeev often states his entry and exit tactics ahead of times, he has explained how (and why) the lunch tactics work - along with scenarios where he will not deploy the lunch tactics, and gives "if..then.." scenarios.

Armed with such knowledge, you can make Zeev's trades without him telling you what they actually are. In these circumstances, it is difficult to argue a case of "front-running".
