I'm not even insinuating that the thread can move price much. I'm merely pointing out that following ZEEV on intraday basis can only lead to significant underperformance compared to ZEEV, because of all the delays. Considering how many times ZEEV eeked out minimal gains on pairs of trades, the vast majority of those eek-by's would be losses for the hypothetical follower. Please be clear that I'm not postulating some conspiracy theory here, but merely pointing out the inherent weakness in following ZEEV's system. Since Larry was comparing the systems, I thought it was important not only to compare the systems themselves but also the frictional losses in the "following" act itself, especially they are so drasticly different in following the two systems.

I would expect that teens are gone for the NAZ as we build support around 2000. We might dip down below, but it should not last long. What we are have just seen was the normal market probes of large round numbers. The only thing I see moving the NAZ down is something external. We still have a lot anticipation to realize and shorts to slay. Frankly, I'm more worry about the end of the q1 2002, then now. That's why I'm not watching that much, and raising stops.
