By definition,don't ending diagonals often fall short of target/jello away (before down?)...ie your target is COMP 2050, but we may or may not get there before down..(of course, as you say, if we blow up pastit...something else a foot)

from a point and figure perspective the bullish percent for the nasd topped out at 56% in jan-and 56% in april--as of last night it was at 52%--going back to 1999--the highest it ever got was 60%
