Volume does not matter if the stock is going up. TRUE!

How much volume does MAXF trade...I don't care. I sold the 4.50 shares at 4.95. Size matters on the bid and ask only. LOL

Seriously, volume is merely a shadow of the total float, generally, about 10% on a non news day. Volume, as I use it is just a precursor to something that is going to happen in the near future. BLTI is a perfect example. Something was leaked the volume spiked driving the price to new highs. The news did not materialize yet so today the "in the knows" (supposedly) sold off allowing a reentry on the stock.
