Mike, the problem is, it's hard to save money when you lose your job. <g> BTW, I had to get my driver's license renewed last night and this was my 10th year with the same picture, so I couldn't mail it in. When I exited the building, I had to pass by Lyndon Larouche backers with a table set up: "Greenspan has lost his touch. He caused Enron's problems. Back Lyndon." I had to laugh. Easy credit allows for massive speculation, but nobody forces you to do stupid stuff with credit just because it is there. Of course, we all know this financial version of Parkinson's Law, "the stupidity will expand to use all of the credit made available."
