Doesn't seem like it this time since we can now see over the valley... not a steep return, but clear of fog none the less.

Where are you standing when you're looking over which valley? Is that fog or smog lifting?

profits have fallen through the floor. unemployment is zooming up, mortgage payment delays are at their worst in 10 years and getting worse, the monetizing the home equity game can't last forever, company after company is losing big bucks burning through the cash they brokered during the bubble...

i don't see stocks staying strong in such a long term negative environment.
