No one is indifferent to the victims of friendly fire. However, that is one of the things that happens in war, and therefore people learn not to dwell on it. As for tax breaks, they are a legitimate way to stimulate the economy, and therefore preserve jobs, and create more for the unemployed. Why would anyone be against creating jobs? As for the homeless veterans, I, for one, do not know who put a hold on the legislation, or why. I am sure that it has nothing to do with malevolence towards veterans, however.....
