The extension is technical only, i saw one S-3 registering these warrants 9or the stock underlying it), and there might be a revision in the work )often is), and when that is ready 9or before then) there should be a major effort engineered to "force" the warrants conversion, thus my $6 to $7 target. After that, there is often a re;apse. mind you i have seen such engineered moves go much farther than I expected (examples, MU and MVIS which overshot the conversion by a mile or two...) so the $7 should be a "minimal value" and I would not be surprised to see much more. zeev
