You sure didn't talk to any marketing types. They are few and far between out there. Why listen to potential prospects anyway. Right? After all asynchronous sucks compared to synchronous. Right?

Well we'll just have to wait, won't we, and hope that they can increase market share in the interim?

Meantime if your interested in companies that have a right to protect their invention you might have invested last December in good old InterDigital (IDCC) up 101% his year compared to Qualcomm's -25% or Nokia's -41%.
