You don't try new stuff in Bethesda, Ma. or Petawawa Ont. Vendors are testing their networks in a controlled manner: Isle of Man, Monaco and now Jamaica.

I find excelent to test this out of homogenous well-known markets. We have to get the stuff in the hands of people that have different mind-set.

Jamaica is agood place to start.
