Good article. Israel's delimma is not Arafat, yet it is world opinion. Finally, just recently, I think world opinion has shifted against Arafat and his thugs. The world has seen the restraint exhibited by Israel over the years. HH

The Palestinian Menace is a breeding ground for future terrorists, like in Al Qaeda. If the world allows the formation of a Palestinian terrorist State, the world will have to pay the price later, when these terrorist groups grow bigger, stronger and more violent towards non Muslim countries. If the people of the civilized nations of the world think that the formation of a Palestinian State is going to make all the terrorist problems go away, they'll have a sad surprise to deal with later.
