Ali, I'm wondering why Bert McComas, Van Smith, or any other critic of Intel isn't jumping all over the notion that most of the P4 runs at half its advertised speed. So far, this conspiracy theory hasn't broken out of the confines of SI.

But I'm sure it's only a matter of time before this becomes a worldwide scandal, just like the billions Intel is supposedly losing on stock options and buybacks. Then you can watch with glee as Intel goes the way of Enron. ;-)
