The creditors used to their advantage the state customers would be left in on closure of ATHM. It wasn't an ethical move as far as the public use is concerned and it did back fire.

Unfortunately i don't know the number of subscribers to the internet COX has and could not easily locate those figures. It appears if COX has half a million subscribers that the T bid was fair.
