The energy crisis was fabricated by a group of "evildoers". LOL

Greedy evildoers. This happens nearly every other year. Some energy price goes up inexplainably. Almost always in certain regions in particular. PR pumps out about some shortage ... some crisis. And at the first sign of a Congressional hearing [in this case a Senate hearing] the crisis or shortage disappears.
