You're certainly referring to the "focused" shorts, Avalon et al.

Of interest, however..... David Tice was whining on CNBC a few weeks ago (a couple of weeks ago?). It was after the strong rebound had begun, but before this recent "afternoon rallies" bull rush. At the time, he was up only 9% on the year.

I presume that he's REALLY whining now. If Prudent Bear can't make money in "a 2001"............

Peter, in the valuation terms of this thread, does your initial skepticism w/r/t the MLNM-CORR deal still prevail? Or do you see enough value added (at a price) with integrilin cash flow and possible synergies of the combined companies r&d efforts? Are quarterly integrilin numbers truly a hiccup? Seems odd that BT watchers might attribute that to extrinsic events.
