Considering that there aren't likely to be any regulatory hurdles or shareholder resistance to this munch, the way to own is through CORR, trading at a whopping ~2.35% discount.

That is, if you like the deal. Maybe MLNM will go cardio for its near term product efforts. They could munch SCIO next and achieve synergy with the CORR chunk, IMHO.
