The pacification of this war has begun. The traitor is a "troubled youth" who needs a hug and now Mullah Omar is a gentle man who just wants to sow his land. Perhaps we'll see fit to let Bin Laden pursue his lifelong dream of operating a bed-and-breakfast in Ireland.

Can't we all just get along?

"the head Taliban head dude(Mullah Omar) has been given a pass to go home once he gives up Kandahar in a day or two"

Rumsfeld pretty much discredited the possibility of that scenario in today's press conference. The press is making news before it happens. My STRONG guess is the there will be NO FREE PASS for Omar.

I'll take a few bets if anyone is interested <g>
