kirk, the same could be said at naz 5000. so, who is right? i don't know, but i do know reality sets in eventually. the reality is that the bay area benefited from MASSIVE growth engines (and an unprecedented stock bubble) that propelled real estate values ever upward. a coworker said he knows a guy who bought last year and is down $70k. oh well. i'm just conservative and cautious when i see the animals running the zoo. that isn't to say they can't remain in control for extended periods of time, though.
