So you believe an essential role of government should be to specify how electrons are generated, how they are distributed, and how much the price of it should be?

Like Lay of Enron, the proponents of gutting the government can say "opps, maybe it wasn't a good idea, I think I better think it out again"

The collapse of Enron does nothing to impugn the concept of deregulation.
