Wayne, It is no longer quite that good as they have been putting some of the cash to work when prices were at the bottom. At April 30 they had about $7 a share in cash and now it's more like $5. However, it is selling at about a 40% discount. I can't offer any opinions, but let's just say that cheapskates like 40% discounts and cash of more than half the stock price.
