On another note.

Define Arbitrage:
Arbitrage is the simultaneous purchase and sale of the same financial instrument on (two) different markets pocketing the difference as profit.

I gather the term arbitrage was used at the AGM, so REK did respond correctly.

Hedging is what Acqua is doing.
