a Loony Leftist publication Do you think the source is accurate or representative? As for the Agriculture Department, I haven't seen any fraud, or goldbricking or featherbedding for that matter. I just see people who figure out the latest programs, explain them to interested parties, develop procedures for compliance and then administrate the programs. I suspect any fraud is on the part of good citizens trying to get more from the programs than is justified. TP
