<By "We" are you talking about superstitious religious ones, or about yourself?>

I meant all of us.

<How about living like "humans", and just in thrall to our emotions?>

Well, part of being human is to try to figure out why. Chimps don't do that. People who simply be are more like chimps than humans [as you can tell by watching people who have had a few too many and whose faculties of why are dodgy at best, though they do construct lots of theories, in a last ditch attempt at being human, which are completely useless or forgotten in the morning]. Many people do choose to try to live like that. Their lives are usually somewhat chaotic, many ending up living in prison [which is a kind of zoo for chimp-like humans].

Living like humans means living more like Methodists. I'll take a Buddah, Methodist or Moslem over an emotional chimp any day.

I think Osama will commit suicide by proxy [his followers carrying out his instructions since suicide is apparently not allowed in Islam]. I'm not sure that his body will be found. I suspect not. We might not even find out that he is dead though I suspect somebody who knows will be around to tell the tale.
