Good article everyone has the same headache. A return to real figures and unfortunate the possibility of a yellow brick road due to the inflation.

Hate to say it, but all the MSOs are going to wind up doing this. It was difficult on the old @Home system to isolate these users but newer routers that RSTN makes (like the ones that Cox is implementing) make the task much easier. @home decided not to pursue this strategy because they had received so much bad publicity when they tried to limit use previously but then you have a small percentage of users downloading porn movies 24/7 using the bulk of the bandwidth. Why should I pay for that?
