Fed drained $1.250 bln via matched sale-purchases

NEW YORK, Dec 6 (Reuters) - The Federal Reserve said on Thursday that it had drained $1.250 billion in reserves from the banking system through overnight matched sale-purchase agreements.

Federal funds were trading at 1.875 percent in morning trade, below the Fed's 2 percent target for the rate.

Well, one thing absolutely no one is thinking about is a very sharp pullback.

Once the shorts realize we go lower, does anyone really want to go long at these levels/valuations?
