Paul, speaking of the Fed, this just in (CBS MarketWatch). 9:26pm 12/06/01 Mail at Fed tests positive for anthrax By Anne Stanley Officials at the Federal Reserve say a batch of mail being processed at a mail-handling facility in a trailer outside of the Federal Reserve's main headquarters has tested positive for anthrax, according to a report from the Associated Press.
